WAGYU SHIPPING INFORMATION
All products are shipped in temperature controlled containers directly to your doorstep. Our packages have been temperature tested to last at least 40 hours at or below 45° degrees Fahrenheit.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico do not qualify for complimentary standard shipping on orders over $250.
You may select your desired delivery date at checkout. To receive your product as quickly as possible, we must receive your order by 9:00PM Eastern Standard Time to dispatch the next day. If you are placing an order for a future date, we accept orders up to 3 months in advance. We dispatch Monday through Wednesday, for Tuesday through Thursday arrival. All packages are shipped via Overnight Shipping.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Shipments require a street address for delivery. We cannot ship to any PO boxes.
- Damage or spoilage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids any guarantee. Please verify your shipping address.
SHIPPING SUGGESTIONS
- We recommend having your order arrive at least 3 days prior to the day you plan on preparing it.
- Ordering at the beginning of the week will allow us to do our best to accommodate special requests. Contact us if you do have special requests.
- In the event of severe weather, we will sometimes delay shipment in order to ensure the package will arrive to you in perfect condition. We will contact you if this happens.
